Where and at what time can I listen to the radio?
Radio Magico broadcasts 24 hours around the world. All you need is an internet connection, the better the connection the better the lsitening experience.
A web radio is a radio station that broadcasts on the Internet through the streaming technology (audio stream).
How to get the best listening quality for radio Magico?
To listen to the web radio, you can use the Flash player from Radionomy, it works well, it is very easy to use and it is on our radio page.
If you ever have any problems with the streaming stability of the Radionomy player, you can also use an audio player such as Winamp, iTunes or Real Audio, they are very good and may be even more stable than the Flash player on our web page: in the player you open a new audio stream, and you just copy the following address: http://listen.radionomy.com/radio-magico
Can I listen to Radio Magico on my iPhone, iPodTouch, or another smartphone?

How to operate the player of Radio Magico?
Simply click the center of the CD sleeve in the player. As long as you keep the page open, the radio will function.
Clicking the icon at the bottom right corner (small box and arrow) a player will open in a pop-up window for more convenient listening time.

What to do if the radio does not work or stops suddenly?
If there is only silence make sure you are not at the end of a meditation, check the daily schedule on the program.
Refresh the page in your browser, then click again to start.
With winamp or iTunes etc, stop and start again to reactivate the stream.
Sometimes technical problems may occur on the server, just a bit of patience and the stream will come back.
Can we pause the radio without closing it?
Yes you can, just click on the CD sleeve. When you want to listen again, before to hit play again it is absolultely necessary to refresh the page in your browser to listen to the live stream.

What to do if the radio does not work when I'm in the middle of a meditation or if the player skips one stage of meditation?
First, before each meditation if you listen from your browser, we recommend few minutes before to refresh the page to reduce the risk of problems happening during the meditations that usually last 1 hour.
And if possible, close all other programs running on your computer.
If the player crashes during meditation, and if the radio does not work anymore and you're in the middle of the meditation, try refreshing the page immediately. If this does not work (it can happen), we advise you to sit 10 minutes in silence before resuming your activities.
If you do practice regularly one of the meditations played on Radio Magico we recommend to buy the CD.
Is this web radio legal?
Yes absolutely! It belongs to the platform Radionomy (Belgium) who works with servers OVH (France) which is the 5th largest hosting in the world.
The music royalty fees are paid directly by Radionomy under the terms of the contract.
Through this web radio we want to encourage listeners to buy music legally to suppor the artists who live from their music.
Most of the albums you hear on radio Magico are available at amazon.com for example.
At what time do the meditations start?
All times are clearly indicated in the program but beware, meditations may begin a little before or after. It is recommended to be ready 5 to 10 minutes before meditation.
Remember to close your mobile and to wear loose clothes and to relax a bit before meditation.

Do I need to have speakers?
You can use the speakers built into your computer. If they are not present, there are many types of high quality speakers to plug into your computer.
